Prices listed are inclusive of GST (unless specified otherwise).

Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.

Furnfeet does not store your payment details—transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways.

Delivery timelines are estimates which is 7-10 business days, product availability, or unforeseen delays.

Free shipping may apply to select orders (as per ongoing promotions).

You must inspect products at delivery and report damages/missing items immediately.

Refer to our Cancellation & Return Policy for detailed guidelines.

Customized products cannot be cancelled or returned.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days (subject to approval).

Manufacturer's warranty (if applicable) covers defects in materials/workmanship.

Warranty does not cover:

Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper assembly.

Natural wear & tear (e.g., fading, minor scratches).

To claim warranty, contact us with proof of purchase and images/videos of the defect.

You agree not to:

Use our website for illegal purposes or fraud.

Upload viruses, spam, or harmful code.

Copy, modify, or resell our content/products without permission.

Harass our team or other users.

All website content (logos, text, images) is owned by Furnfeet and protected under copyright laws.

Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

Furnfeet is not liable for:

Indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits, data).

Delays due to third-party courier services.

User errors during self-assembly.

These terms are governed by Indian law.

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra.
