At Furnfeet, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Cancellation & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
You may cancel items from the "My Orders" section within 24 hours of order confirmation OR before shipping (whichever comes first).
A 2.5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
After Shipment/Delivery
If you wish to cancel after shipment or delivery, a 5% cancellation fee of the paid value will apply.
Approval is subject to evaluation by our Resolution Team.
2. Return Policy
7-Day Return Window
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. What's Eligible for Return?
Defective Product - If the item has a manufacturing flaw (e.g., imbalance, loose joints).
Note: Natural wood grains, textures, or minor color variations are not defects.
Wrong/Different Item - If the delivered product differs in size, shape, or color from the website listing.
Non-Functional Item - If an electronic/battery-operated product (e.g., lights, appliances) is dead on arrival (DOA).
Note: Only replacements will be offered for such cases.
4. What's NOT Eligible for Return?
Customized/Made-to-Order Products - No returns or exchanges.
Damaged During Transit/Missing Parts - Claims must be raised during delivery/assembly. Post-acceptance, returns won't be processed.
Installation Issues - We do not cover returns for wall-mounting or assembly-related problems.
Relocation Damage - If a product is dismantled/reassembled after delivery, Furnfeet is not liable for any damage.
